I started to take my skincare routine a lot more serious after I turned 30 last year. I started seeing a dermatologist last year, and with her help, as well as taking better care of my skin, I’ve noticed an improved difference. I’m not big on changing skincare routines every so often because I truly believe you have to allow your skin some time to adjust to the products you’re using to notice a difference.
I’ll do a separate Morning and Night time routine about how I use these products and in what order in a little while.
CLEANSER: I’m obsessed with this facial cleanser. To be honest, I plan to use this forever. I haven’t found anything that leaves my face so clean.
Toner: after cleansing my face, I tone with this. I’ve been using it for a year now, and will be repurchasing.
Retin-A– This was prescribed by my dermatologist for my acne scars. I don’t use it as often as I should so I haven’t seen a whole of to benefits, but picking my face less leaves me with less scars.
Serum: I’ve been using serums for the past month now. A serum preps your face for your moisturizer. I’ve been using this vitamin C Serum. I’ve heard that vitamin C is good for the skin, so I figured a vitamin C serum is a win-win.
Moisturizer: I Splurged on the LaMer Creme De La Mer as a birthday gift to myself. After I tried the sample, I LOVED with it felt on my skin and how it made my skin feel afterwards. My skin is pretty normal, but it gets really dry in my T-Zone, especially my cheeks. So this moisturizer is perfect. I wish it wasn’t so expensive. I alternate between LaMer and Strivectin Repair and Protect Moisturizer.
EyeCream: I’ve been using Mario Badescu Hyaluronic eye cream for a few years now. Hyaluronic acid helps retain/lock the moisture in your skin, in this case around the eyes. I started using Origins starting new eye cream, this cream helps reduce lines around the eyes.
Masks: I have such large pores especially on my nose, so masks are a real game changer. I’ll do a full post on masks later, but these are my current rotations. ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR, FIVE
SUNSCREEN: If you take one thing away from this post. NEVER SKIMP on sunscreen. Ever. I wear sunscreen even in the winter. The sun isn’t as harsh but it still is out. Sunscreen protects your skin as we all know from the harsh rays. But also, it helps reduce the visibility of dark spots. I’ve been using this SPF for over a year now, and I love it. I wear it under my makeup and over my moisturizer.
I truly believe in these products and spent my own money on them. This is NOT a sponsored post. If you have specific questions, please ask! I’ll do a more in-depth post about my morning and night time routine of how I apply these products. Did any of your faves make the list?

I know in the last few years I have been wearing more sunscreen than I ever had in my entire life. I am glad that I am finally using more of it to protect my skin. Love the products that you featured.
