Self Sabotage- a word that I’ve become familiar with all too well. Basically, it’s when you stand in your own way from getting everything you could ever want. Why would someone self sabotage if they really want something? Sounds crazy, right? WRONG. LOL! Actually, there’s no right or wrong answers here.

So, you want to stop standing in your own way? Let’s talk how we can stop self sabotaging, huh?

In my experience, sometimes we may think that maybe what we want or desire, we might be undeserving of. Or maybe the last time you went for what you really want, things perhaps left a sour taste in your mouth and that’s your subconscious protecting your from hurt.  When we experience traumatic events, parts of our internal self work really hard to make sure the part of you that’s hurt remains safe. Because I deserve all good things, and you do too. Even if you don’t believe it at the moment; keep telling yourself that you do, and you’ll start to believe it.

Y’all remember when I shared my picks from the Nordstrom end of summer sale? Yeah, this dress was sold out in less than a week. I’m glad I picked one up. It’s soft as ever, and the asymmetrical ruffle hem is just so cute. Perfect outfit for dinner with the girls before summer ended.
