These leggings from Nordstrom Rack is still one of my favorites. The quality is just amazing and I’m pretty sure it’s going to be on rotation all fall. The utility jacket, I picked up at Nordstrom during the end of summer sale and it’s seriously so good! after packing my booties away, I had to break them out for cooler weather. These cognac booties are from JCREW. The price was midrange but its worth every penny. This is my second fall with them, and they are still in great quality. Pretty sure I will wear them for a few more years. I’m waiting for JCREW to release it in Black, and I’m snatching it.

I recently heard someone say “as our comfort level increases, our capacity for risks, shrink” That hit me like a TON of bricks, it was almost like a light went off. I think sometimes, we get stuck in routine of maintaining the status quo, and you have to push past the fear and just go for it. The saying “Ask not, have not” has been playing on repeat in mind. I’ve been putting myself out there in (professionally speaking), and things have been really turning out in my favor. I mean, let’s face it. The least you could get is a No, right? But what if you get a yes? I’ve learned that I won’t ever get the “yes” if I don’t dare to risk. Conversely, getting these “yeses” motivates me to keep taking chances. I for sure will get no’s along the way. Heck, in the last month, I also have gotten a few No’s but I can guarantee you, I’m never not taking chances. Never not going for it. I think you should too!

Amazing fall look. Love that jacket/blazer!
I have been looking for a good pairing of leggings to wear under my shorter dresses! So I am so glad that you did this post. I love how you styled your leggings!
