I’ve been pretty lucky or blessed I should say to be in good health. Health is one of those things I feel people don’t really appreciate until they need healing, and I happen to be one of those people. I rarely exercise, or take my iron pills, and I eat whatever I crave (pizza and ice-cream is a regular for me), although my grand parents are convinced I do not eat enough. (little do they know). I’ve become super content in my unheathly eating habits and my clothes are starting to fit a bit tighter and I feel heavier and sluggish.Well, all that’s about to change, hopefully.
I’ve been obsessed with Acai Bowls and Chia Pudding lately, so I decided to create meal plans to help me stick to healthier meal choices. To kick things up a notch, I’m starting out with a cleanse. A one day cleanse today. Why one day? Because I honestly cannot imagine going without food for more than a day. I’ll keep you guys posted on my thoughts regarding the cleanse. Have you guys done a cleanse before or do you think it’s overrated?
