Happy Monday lovelies! This is my first official Spring outfit post this year and to welcome Spring, I’m guest-hosting a Spring LinkUp #howispring with Rachelle and Charnele. Be sure to stop by their blogs to see more of their looks and share yours with us also! (linkups are a great way to share your personal style and discover new blogs!)

Let’s talk Spring shall we? It’s my second favorite season, after autumn. Although here in Minneapolis, Spring and Winter appears to be combined into one it seems like. It’s snowing at the moment, but the last few weeks, mother nature was super kind to us. I love spring because it’s like a rebirth, daylight savings time and its lighter outside much much longer. The Farmer’s Market opens, which is a great place to purchase fresh fruits, veggies and flowers, my favorite Spring weekend routine. Oh, and really just being able to wear open toe shoes without potential for frostbite is amazing or #amazeballs as my friend Shirley saids it. LOL
Ok, onto my outfit. This silk dress is everything to me; last worn HERE. Although, I think it could pass for a blouse due to length, so boy-shorts or leggings are a must for me. (unless, I’m at the beach. lol) My favorite color, silk, plus embellished sleeves? Yes, please! I opted for minimal jewelry, and paired it with my Phillip Lim Pashli for a contrast in color.
So tell me, are you guys excited that Spring is here or are you wishing it was still winter?
Thank you so much for visiting today! I hope you enjoyed today’s post and I hope you’ll stop by soon!
