I’ve been sort of obsessed with Acai (Asaa-ee) Bowls lately; and when I find something I like, I pretty much eat it all the time. In efforts to be more productive and incorporate breakfast into my morning routine, I find these delicious bowls super easy to make and not to mention it makes for a super healthy breakfast! Make your own Acai Bowls with these simple steps- Here’s what you’ll need:
Acai Bowl Recipe
1 pk Acai Berry Blend (purchased at Whole Foods)
1 Frozen or Non frozen banana
Fruits of your choice. (I prefer bananas, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)
1/2 cup of Coconut or Almond Milk
1 tablespoon of honey ( I don’t measure mine, I pretty much just pour accordingly. Although I feel like this is optional)
Combine Acai Berry Blend, fruits, milk, and honey & Blend.
Pour in bowl and top with fruits and nuts of your choosing.
Enjoy!
