When I was in high school, my mom would scold me ALL the time because I rarely wore jewelry, not even earrings. I just didn’t care, I guess. Fast forward to college, and even after college where my personal style really developed, and I started to get into jewelry A LOT more. It’s funny because now my mom reminds me how I would never wear jewelry and I’d always say, “I don’t know why you named me Jewel anyway. It’s not like I wear jewelry” HAHAH. Oh the things high schoolers say, and think!
I have to say though, As much as I’m obsessed with jewelry now, I suck at taking care of them. I could spend a ton on money on a piece, and you’ll find it in my car, my purse and around my room. I’m a work in progress, guys.
