So you’ve cut your hair, did the BIG CHOP, and hopefully are enjoying your new short mane. Or maybe you’re looking for way to embrace and style your new short hair. Well, I Big Chopped two weeks, ago and let me tell you. I am seriously loving my short hair. It’s probably the best decision I’ve made in a really long time. You can watch my BIG CHOP Here. Today, I’ve put together 5 fun ways I’ve been wearing my short do’, plus ways I hope to wear it and hopefully give you some ideas on how to wear your newly short mane to keep things fresh and interesting.
1
Lipstick: Mac Viva Glam II
I wish I could take credit for this, but my mama wear blue eyeliner on her bottom eyelids and it looks amazing on her, so I thought I’d give it a try. I don’t wear eye makeup on the regular, but a smokey eye or a fun liner is a great way to make your eyes pop, adding some dimension to your look.

Earrings: Anjolee c/o
I love wearing my hair without products, where it’s very wild and “frowy” is that a word? I must admit, I do get bored with that after a day or two, so I attempted to try the “faux hawk” by tapering the sides of my hair with bobby pins, that makes me look much cooler than I am.

I love embracing my new TWA, but for a little something extra, a statement earring add a fun element to my look. I think a fun statement necklace could very well work here.

I rarely wore hair ribbons when my hair was relaxed and long; with my new short hair, I think a ribbon or hair accessory is perfect to add a little something extra to your look. I plan on purchasing some cute hair bands and clips, but for the purpose of this post, I grabbed a belt from a dress, which works also.

Last but not least, I love wearing my TWA with a bright colored lipstick. I am wearing Mac’s lady danger it is seriously my new favorite. Because the lipstick is so bright, I opted for minimal jewelry, for a simple yet, sophisticated look.
That’s it folks! I had a blast writing this post, and I hope you found it helpful. I realize not all of my readers are natural haired, but if you have natural hair or TWA, How do you spice up your short hair? let me know in the comments section below. And if you try any of these looks, tag me on instagram, I’d love to see it.
Thanks for stopping by!

So cute! I recently did a fall lipstick post and included lady danger, it looks so different on every skin tone, but beautiful nonetheless. I am loving your hair, btw…If I wasn’t about to get a weave next week, I’d be cutting my hair into a TWA!
